Listed as UNESCO World Heritage, the Portuguese City of Mazagan (El Jadida), just one hour drive from Oualidia, is well known for its fortifications with its bastions, ramparts and remaining cistern built in the Manueline style of late Gothic architecture.
The excursion is also a journey in an authentic city of a medium size where you can blend with the locals and try your negotiating skills at the local market or wander around to see influences between European and Moroccan cultures.
